General Policies: – Please enter Aadhaar card details for the domestic company’s medical appointment and passport details for overseas company’s medical appointment.
Please ensure about the appointment date and medical center with our customer care to booking an appointment in the urgency.
Fill the details carefully while booking the appointment, once the appointment booking is done, the correction or change of the appointment details or not is subject to the internal rule of the company.
In case of any wrong details filled in the appointment, the person booking the appointment shall be responsible for the wrong details.
All corrections will be done within 24 hours of booking the appointment. Charges will apply for all types of corrections.
No corrections will be entertained after 24 hours of appointment booking. If the correction is eligible, then the correction will be done, but the charges will have to be paid for all those types of corrections.
No corrections will be entertained after 36 hours of appointment booking.
While booking an appointment, please keep a gap of 3-4 days between the date of booking and appointment. If a gap of 3-4 days is not maintained between the date of booking and appointment and the slots are not vacant in the medical centre, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
No pressure can be exerted on us for any kind of correction in the appointment booking details and medical reports and we will not make any corrections or changes under any pressure.
Only a fit or unfit report will be given.
Medical reports will be provided according to the results of the medical sample.
No corrections or changes will be made in the original medical report.
It may take 2 to 7 working days to receive the medical report from the date of collection of medical samples.

- Cancellation Policy: – Once you booked your appointment you can cancel your appointment less than 12 hours from the time of the appointment booked but IRS-1100 + payment transaction charges will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- Refund Policy:- If you will cancel the appointment you will get your refund after the IRS-1100+Payment transaction is deducted as the cancellation fee, the amount which will be credited up to 10 -1 5 days.

The company will not be responsible for any kinds of medical checkups, medical failure, medical centre’s internal issues, medical reporting or medical centre liabilities.
- Company Appointment Policy:- After getting the medical appointment slip, you will have to contact the medical centre. After that, the roles of our company end. You will have to do all the rest of the process/work according to the rules of the medical examination centre.

- Your medical reports will be sent to your email within 72hrs after your medical is done, and you can collect your original medical report through the medical centre.
